Returns & Replacements

Custom Orders: Custom items, like personalized t-shirts, are usually not eligible for returns unless there was a
mistake on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size).

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged shirt, please contact us within 5 days of
receiving the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If we sent you the wrong shirt (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 5 days
of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.
